Look what I picked up last week

I had gone to the street side terracotta seller to get a many mouthed pot/vase to grow mint in. I had seen it done somewhere and wanted one for myself. Unfortunately he dint have one in stock and unfortunately for my pocket he had these...sigh! arent they a bunch of beauties? They are pretty much common in India, but still...I am in love the trio but the
uruli is a garish gold and bronze colour. I may just have to repaint it.
Jemshad had bought home this lovely and curious plant that he grows at office.

Does anyone know what plant this is? It has waxy white leaves and new plants emerge from the stalks of the old one. I changed the potting soil and transplanted it into the smallest pot.

I think I did something wrong with the plant as it was positively wilting when I saw it at Jemshad's office yesterday. :-(...Hope it survives.
Into the largest pot went some of the spring onions I picked up at Namdhari's at Koramangala. Speaking of Namdhari's they have an amazing salad bar there. More on that some other day. Here is what I did with the rest of the spring onions. Sliced potatoes, corn kernels, lots of spring onions, some mint and an egg sauteed in butter...yummy!
