Gobi ( Cauliflower) and egg thoran

This is my fav cauliflower dish that my mom makes often as a side dish ( thoran ) for rice. I dint find the recipe on the net so I thought I ll post my version here. I am sure my mom found it on some recipe book or the other, so I hope I am not breaking any copyright laws :-)

Cauliflower - 1, cut into florets
Onion - 1 medium sized
ginger - 1 inch long skinned and crushed
green chilli - 2, sliced into circles
eggs -1 or 2
pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
oil - 1 or 2 tablespoons
salt
Method

Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion, ginger and chilli, when the onion turns translucent, add cauliflower and salt and saute for some more time pour a little water and cook closed till cauliflower is soft (not too soft, but cooked ). When all the water has dried up add the pepper and break in the eggs, using a spoon scramble the eggs till its cooked.
